Due to the real-time nature of Clic.com.my classifieds, it is impossible for us to review classified ads as they happen or confirm the validity of information posted. While we do actively monitor the contents of Clic.com.my Classifieds, we are not responsible for any classified added by a Member.

Clic.com.my, its owners, moderators and employees do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any classified, and are not responsible for the contents of any classified.

Visitors or Members who feel that a posted classified ad is objectionable should contact Clic.com.my immediately by e-mail or private message. Should we determine that the classified contains unsuitable content it will be removed , being a manual process this could take up to 3 work days, however we will make every effort to remove the classified within the shortest period of time.

Members remain solely responsible for the content of their classified ads, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clic.com.my its owners, agents, co-branders, partners and employees with respect to any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content published in their classified ad/s.

The owners of the Clic.com.my reserve the right to reveal the identity of a Member (and information supplied by the member in the members profile) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any classified listed by the Member.

By registering and making posts to Clic.com.my Classifieds Members agree to abide by the classifieds rules, both stated and unstated. Further they agree that any classified and their complete contents, become the sole and exclusive property of the operators of the Clic.com.my who have the sole and exclusive rights to modify, delete, or make any use whatsoever both in the Classifieds and in any other location and medium, of any and all content posted to Clic.com.my Classifieds.

2. Conduct

Members agree that their ads posted in Clic.com.my Classifieds will not include material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, rude, disrespectful, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or otherwise violate any law.

They agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by the Member or the owners of the Clic.com.my.

Classifieds containing hostile language or rudeness will not be tolerated and will be deleted.

Adult content is prohibited. Clic.com.my Classifieds are family friendly, adult material is prohibited. Links to adult content and/or publishing comments of an adult nature in classified ads are prohibited. All classifieds containing adult content will be deleted and the Member who posted the content / classified ad will be banned.

The following are grounds for immediate, no-questions-asked banning from Clic.com.my Forums.

Any classified ads that encourage illegal intent will be removed and the account disabled.
