Responsibilities:
-Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients
-Process transactions accurately and respond to customers or clients requests efficiently.
-Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
Requirements:
*Degree and Diploma in 2 years working experienced
*Experience in a customer service environment would be an added advantage
*Good communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English.
*Ability to write basic correspondence to communicate information effectively.
*Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative with good analytical mind .......
*Able to converse in Mandarin will be advantage
Willing to work on a rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
*Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.
*Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary Range:
RM 2600 - RM 3500 (Basic) + Allowances & Incentives
(Negotiable for experienced job seekers)
