*Degree and Diploma in 2 years working experienced
*Experience in a customer service environment would be an added advantage
*Good communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English.
*Ability to write basic correspondence to communicate information effectively.
*Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative with good analytical mind .......
*Able to converse in Mandarin will be advantage
Willing to work on a rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
